By confirming a charter or using our Service, you consent to adhere to these Terms. Should you reject any part of the terms, then you are not granted access to the Service.

- Private events
- Multi-day charters
All services are reliant on availability and the climate. We maintain the right to adjust or cease services without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a charter, you are required to:
- Be of minimum 18 years of age
- Supply correct and full details
- Remit the necessary deposit as outlined in the booking confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Your reservation is only solidified upon the acceptance of your payment and our issuance of a written confirmation. We hold the privilege of refusing service to anyone, based on our judgment.
3.3 Availability
Charters depend on the accessibility of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We will try our best to accommodate your chosen dates and hours.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All fees are stated in £ and encompass applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. Costs are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter due upon booking
- Final amount: Payable 48 hours prior to the commencement of the charter
- Extra charges (if any): Payable at the end of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank wire transactions, and certified cheques. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted platforms.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours in advance of departure: Total reimbursement minus processing charges
- 24-72 hours prior to departure: Half refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should weather conditions be deemed hazardous by our captain, we will propose to:
- Change your charter to another available date at no extra cost
- Offer a complete refund if it's not possible to reschedule
5.3 Mechanical Problems
If there are issues with the mechanical condition of your designated vessel, an attempt will be made to provide a comparable alternative. If this is not attainable, a complete refund will be given.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Protocols
Passengers must:
- Adhere to all instructions from the crew
- Utilize safety equipment as needed
- Inform of any health conditions that might impact their security
- Stay within allowed areas aboard the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Objects
The following are not allowed on board:
- Glassware
- Illegal substances
- Weapons
- Excessive non-alcoholic beverages beyond reasonable consumption
- Pets, unless approval is secured beforehand
6.3 Behavior
Passengers should act with respect at all times. We reserve the right to end a charter prematurely without a refund if a passenger's behavior is deemed to pose a safety risk or disrupts the experience for others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Responsibility
We limit our liability to the costs paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:
- Injuries stemmed from passenger disregard
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Unintended, resultant, or disciplinary damages
- Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
7.2 Insurance Policies
We uphold broad maritime insurance that covers our vessels and operations. It is the responsibility of passengers to secure their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Risk Acknowledgment
Engaging in our charter services indicates acceptance of the inherent dangers of maritime activities, and you assume responsibility for your personal safety and security.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Alterations
We hold the right to adjust itineraries, routes, or schedules due to meteorological conditions, safety reasons, or operational prerequisites. Efforts will be made to ensure alternative experiences of equivalent value.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or amendments caused by events beyond our authority, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather events
- Natural disasters
- Government mandates
- Harbor closures
- Mechanical failures
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you give consent for the collection and use of your details as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
