What are the protocols for unfavorable weather?
Prioritizing safety, we will suggest an alternative date for your rental or return your funds in full if the captain determines the weather unsafe. We proactively follow meteorological conditions and will proactively communicate with you at least a day before your scheduled departure should the forecast raise concerns.
Is it permissible to bring personal food and drinks?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide exceptional dining options tailored to your preferences. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on any vessels.

What is the procedure for cancellations?
A full refund is provided for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to departure. A 50% refund is granted for cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours before departure. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable, barring unforeseen weather disruptions or vessel malfunctions on our end.
